Annual Rookie Draft
- Three-round rookie draft each offseason.
- Draft order finalizes after the championship.
- Future picks may be traded per league rules.
League Conduct
- Explicit anti-collusion and anti-tanking rules are enforced.
- Managers are expected to set competitive lineups each week.
- The commissioners reserve final authority on disputes.
